Pipe fitting products have similar dimensions and specifications, belonging to small shaft-type metal parts. The machining process is mainly turning, supplemented by milling. The raw materials are all slender bar stocks, suitable for automated processing using a feeding mechanism with a pusher system, in-machine cutting, and reversed clamping. The equipment features a dual-spindle structure, which improves machining efficiency while enabling automatic in-machine clamping. By adding automatic feeding and collecting devices, automatic loading and unloading of products can be achieved. Standardized processes and automated CNC programs are designed to drive the automated machining flow: "Loading → Machining at Station 1 → Deburring → Docking Clamping (Dual Clamping) → Cutting → Machining at Station 2 → Deburring → Unloading." The automated production unit is equipped with a central control system for managing production tasks and automatically distributing and calling CNC programs.
